Chef Marisoll's culinary vision is one of Puerto Rico’s best gastronomic contributions to the international arena of haute cuisine. Her consistent and polished execution of ethnic recipes, sprinkled with aromatic Caribbean flavors, defines her POV.
She established Chef Marisoll Catering in 2007, specializing in traditional to alternative catered food services for one-of-a kind weddings, private and corporate events, and intimate gatherings.
Chef Marisoll designs creative menus that convert the ordinary to extraordinary. Seasonal availability and robust flavorings influence her unique food creations, and her sensitivity to client’s preferences leaves an indelible mark.
